Has any one had any success helping a seller get tax lien relief in the past or negotiated with the city to get the amount of tax liens on a property reduced?

It turns out my title company offers an app that works nationwide, and I can farm neighborhoods, and for 3.99 it will pull up properties with the equity and time criteria making them most likely to sell soon.

This, coupled with the ADP data is giving traders reason to bet that Friday's Non-Farm Payrolls will be better than expected and potentially give the Fed enough data to start tapering on Sept 18th.

Furthermore, our business created no issues for our rural neighbors (most of whom my husband has known for decades since he grew up on that farm property which had been in his family since 1886), law enforcement or county officials.

Or as a previous post suggested hybrid approach where you basically farm out what you don't want to do. 

I’d look to find more of those, as I regularly do by riding my bike in my “farm” area and talking with sellers.

Search their personal and company name for past or current lawsuits (public record in AZ and easily accessible through government website)3.

For example, State Farm renter's insurance has loss of use as automatically 40% of personal property. 

I’m looking at purchasing our family’s farm (by farm I just mean land with a house).

I haven't thought much about a "farm" area yet, other than with some of the older houses in St Charles city and South City.
