Reply as follows:A typical client of mine is seeking counsel for one of two things: (1) how to protect themselves from lawsuits for things that have happened in the past; or (2) how to best minimize risk for future business endeavors.

As a pastor officiating weddings and funerals I have seen the worst of transgressions erased by a death in the family or act of generosity.

However, it is perfectly okay to require a person to be Lutheran if they are applying for a job as a Lutheran pastor. 

Applicants also provided a formal letter of reference from the family's pastor who has known them for over 5 years as well. 

When consumers are confused about product selection due to too many choices, they turn to brand - one that they either know from the past or feel comfortable with because of the professional image, etc.Many will tell you this is a business of one-time purchases (not "relationships" with people) and that brand doesn't matter.  

I'd like to keep it for at least 5-10 years but I would like to be able to pull some cash from it without owner financing it.If anyone has done so in the past or have heard of how that can work please respond.

Need to speak to my pastor to steer us both to get on the roght direction too.

We also are big fans of the military and we comp any past or present military into our workshops.  

I would also ask what kind of investment they have done in the past or are currently doing.
