I've always had a "fling" for numbers and a subconscious love of architecture so real estate only seemed to be a fitting field and I've grown to love it.

one parcel I was in contract on I spent 3k on architectural plans during escrow and could not close.Again sorry for hijacking the thread there are not a lot of pilots on BP and when I saw Doug's avitar I had to comment you don't see many mic's in the cockpit these days..  

I had an issue with the contractor and obtaining the architectural plan for the attic initially but I resolved it but it affected the timeline of getting the permit from the city which pushes us behind when it comes to completing the project.
