Knew where to find a lender who would lend in Springfield on a property needing rehaband a whole bunch of other stuff that may or may not have cost him more time, effort and knowledge.By the time you learn all of these things, you might not think you were overcharged.

This is not lawful to over charge and or willy nilly a bill to any person on any level of business.Even if the lease is changed to a specific utility to be now paid by the tenant then there definitely needs to be meters to show individual usage.Not sure why my complex is on a boiler system but the lease always stated they pay for gas and water due to the system they have.

Slumlords, they rent trash or they overcharge for the property or both.If someone doesn't have the means for decent housing, send them to the housing authority or non-profit housing providers instead of preying on them.

My closing costs were:Origination - $1227Appraisal - $495Credit Report - $20Title services and title insurance - $750Tax Service Fee - $75Consultant Fee - $430 (loan was a purchase + rehab loan, this is the fee for company that services the rehab draws).Government Recording Charges - $143Total = $3140Without consultant fee = $2710.I would say that you are getting overcharged.
