Organizational Changes?

You may find that organizational form ideal for commercial (where it is common) or paid for properties but see some added wrinkles (issues) for financed 1-4 unit properties.

Hi newdreamer,You don't need an attorney to set up an LLC, but if you need advice on whether or not forming an LLC is the best choice for you, or if you need special provisions in your organizational documents (provisions that deviate from those that state law mandates), you should consult with an attorney.Otherwise, you can do it on your own directly through the state or use a specialized document filing service like mycorp (mentioned above by Joseph) and save a lot of money compared to what an attorney would charge.

Also, there are over 20 different department organizational models and many different heirarchies.

Realeflow has some organizational challenges but the foundational product has some nice features that I am willing to be patient to get my hands on.I am more of a turtle than a hare - so I tend to see things through to the conclusion; as long as the business case is still sound.TTFN,Greg
