I've found my expenses to be 35% but I recognize that might be low compared to the national scene.

Learning is good, but you also need to get involved with the "behind the scenes" there is alot more too it than all of the step by step approaches.

That way, I'm the first on the scene after I pull a TSG.

Needless to say, I took a lot of pictures of the scene.
