So today I was talking to my mentor and we were considering different real estate strategies to expand my horizons.He mentioned mixed-use properties, which I honestly have never considered as an investment.

A mentor would also be awesome to have.

I was hoping to find someone who might want to do a bit of mentoring or something along the lines as i get started.

(The first aspect is the religious zeal that the “mentor” tries to initiate).  

But if he has a bunch of junior liens or judgements etc  then you have to run the foreclosures to clear those from title. 

I am looking for a mentor to help guide me investing in real estate in Bay Area.

Network aggressively with experienced investors and mentors, continuously educate yourself on the market, and be patient and persistent.

I have a mentor in the game that is very successful as a yay or nay resource.

I’d recommend finding an experienced partner or mentor local to Ashland, ideally someone you already have a relationship with and not just someone looking to profit from your deal.
