Hi BP members, my name is David and I'm a full time RE investor in the Fremont, CA area. I would like to know if there are any big real estate clubs in the east bay that I can network and hold monthly meet ups? I am particularly interested in sharing know-how's on residential real estate, rental laws, book keeping practice, and property management best practices.
