It's not really about the area, it's about the spread on that deal.

I am currently in the process of selling my portfolio of 13 rental units spread across four properties.

Renting for all my independent life now, I've noticed rentals I've found were on certain platforms being advertised, like craigslist, apartments.com, Facebook marketplace, and landlords posting to their personal social media accounts.However, I can't imagine these avenues being the only advertising methods, when you have something like vacancy to fill.

I would say Ohio in Middletown or Akron and would more than likely spread that $1M over 2-3 properties. 

It's the same on social media.

I'm opening my second home and find them extremely rewarding but think I may stop at these two because I am extremely involved in them and am spreading myself too thin I think. 

We have >$2m in debt spread across the investment properties and our primary residence.

Leases will be from say:August 5th-July 25th July 3rd - June 27thJune 6th - May 28th(I've got around 40-50 leases so I have to spread them out all over the summer)No pro-ration, with 12 installments too. 

I have to ask where you got some of the info in your post because to be fair and accurate if its from a media outlet.
