Hi Amanda - did you mange to get any good feedback or identify a good PM yourself? 

I was just at Bank of America in the process of opening another expense account but they informed me rather than opening another expense account they have a platform that allows me to mange everything.

Its definitely possible to self-mange from out of state, and I've done this successfully, but I think you should consider hiring a different PM company. 

This is the way you can see costs, mange costs and also save a lot of money.

I was flipping 3-4 houses at a time and I would do acquisition, I would mange rehab with my workers, and then I would list as im a Realtor, and will sell or get cash out refinance.

Any have a great recommendation for an investor friendly/expert agent or property Mang.
