A primary residence will most often provide more favorable loan terms so if you are willing to wait one year while you living in your new property and are comfortable with renting out your primary residence to a tenant, then getting something such as an FHA loan is a good strategy to minimize your upfront costs and hopefully get better loan terms.

It is too late for you to contest 2024, so you'll have to wait for your 2025 TRIM notice next year. 

I would rather have people toss garbage in a trash can than leave it laying around or kicking it under the bed.

I do not have to do anything right now, I just need to learn, wait for the right opportunities, or create them - for example by trying to use subject to and take over someone else's payments who locked in a lower interest rate from a few years ago. 

Sit tight and wait till rates drop.

I was also looking at Mid South Home Buyers but with them you have to wait several months.

Instead of jumping on the opportunity, the rep decided to wait two days so he could bundle the appointment with another one he had nearby.

This not only refers to lay people; attorneys also can invest with no research.
