For value-add investments, securing the right type of financing that accounts for the property’s potential appreciation is key.

When my youngest went to school, I changed my license status to Active, and have learned and enjoyed helping people buy/sell/invest for around 7 years now.Everyone's journey is different....you might one day no longer be a firefighter...you might move to another state....you might want to buy a house one day and having a real estate license could save you some money.

Sadly, there are quite a few people over 65 on the verge of losing all their retirement money they put into these guy's investments that are doing terribly while they both go start new ones.

I think it's a great market to invest in - excited for you!

However, what is far more important for financial freedom is the location/city where you invest.The city where you invest is far more important than the current interest rate.
