Some people NEED a lecture/instructor environment...others are disciplined enough to do self-study.I apologize if CA rules differ from what i say above, just offering some general feedback.Thanks,

anyways im worried i will just end up wasting my time and money through trail and error going from one real estate mortgage related school to the next you see i am trying to get experience to be a mortgage underwriter for mortgage pools and learn about the servicing of mortgage pools but the problem is the lack of training to those who have instructors who clearly have very little knowledge despite the critism i will recieve they lack the proper understanding of how documents are created and the function of the varies kinds of documents that are created

From TX here, Just getting started in this industry and I am excited.I’ve absorbed a lot of info from my classes instructors that I took to help me to prepare to get my license.

We will need in person instructors in the future and hopefully that will be before the next school year is over. 

I know one professional investor that is an active member & instructor here at the local JaxREIA who only invests in student housing for more than 20 years now and has built a massive portfolio.

I was earning next to nothing as a flight instructor so my wife spent the cash on furniture.

And he's also a fellow Military Mortgage BootCamp Instructor. 

As far as clasess go, if you're able to do the in-person course, that would be the recommended route to take; I hear one of the top instructors is Sharon Lowman. 

I did take a class there about a month ago in the classroom and the instructor was surprised that I took the online version and passed the exam quickly.

I’m tend to think on the safe side with my money too much, so buying a property is scary for me plus as a coach/instructor I don’t make that much money at the moment.
