They just immigrated to US so don't have any employment, credit or rental history.

I live in California, and I can guarantee you the welfare system here that any infant children are qualify for welfare and medicare unless they do not have a legal immigrant status and an U.S citizenship.These 3 people guests can just go get welfare right now and rent a place.

@Steve Babiak I'm prepared to evict Sept. 30th if they are still there...if cleaning out their basement is not a positive sign they will be moving i don't know what is :)@Bryan @Bryan Otteson Crown Molding...NOT MOLD...Yes, I cannot afford the rent without tenants due to low income despite 2 masters (yay social worker low pay) and being single and having school loans...doesn't mean i wouldn't get a second job if needed...being an immigrant i've survived in this country for 20 years...cuz i'll clean toilets and flip burgers unlike most Americans...no equity because I over-paid 12 yrs ago.

Because the Government used give Immigrants, zero percent loans to buy up all the Convenience Stores and the small Motels here.

But we are weird immigrant people (I am Greek and my wife is Russian) and this makes sense to us.

Other Canadian retirees and wealthy immigrants love to come here.

But i am a special case since i was an immigrant and wanted to fit in.
