To make your life easier, document what you got so when you have to replace your not having to remeasure and refigure out what to buy.I do think @Marcus Curtis has a point about the verticals over the horizontals which I had not thought of before.

It's all about what you can buy the land for, the cost to clear it horizontally and put utilities in, and how much to build it vertically and finish out with the highest and best use to go there.

- Leaves- Glass in garbage disposall- repainting interior walls (not sure of the reason)Also, the expense reports I get from the company are cut off the sheet because of the way the report is formatted/ printed, so I don't really know exactly is being charged and why, and they are telling me that they can't print the sheet horizontally to show more info... this sounds really sketchy to me.Thanks in advance~rookie landlord
