Overall Indianapolis BRRRR thoughts: - Good luck sourcing it on MLS between lowered inventory and multiple offers on good margin opportunities- Find some wholesalers you trust, wine and dine them, start analyzing those deals- Do hardcore due diligence on the front end and use cash or hard money (I have contacts)- Be okay leaving ~15k in the deal all said and done.

Their standards are pretty low.I think that the level of inspection that they do and how hardcore they are varies a lot from different areas.
