I tried to tell him that he wouldn’t have to try so hard if he looked a little more groomed and well dressed, but he does well regardless. 

Yes, we are all busy, but if you are not actively participating in a wedding ceremony as the bride or groom, not with another client, and not sleeping or dead, answer the phone.

I’m looking for possible mentors who are passionate about the market and looking to groom the next prodigy in the Metropolitan Atlanta Market.

Our present plan is to groom an in-house property manager (we've already started) who will become a full time employee once we reach a sufficient size (somewhere between 25 & 35 units).
