good will gesture, ask your neighbors if they want it, make sure to say if you don't take it by x day I will have it hauled.  

If it is accepted in the spirit of goodwill that it is intended, then I hope someone will join me to enjoy what I hope to be some quality training. 

I love fixing easy problems for my tenants because it fills the goodwill bank so that when something bad/difficult happens they know that I do care and don't break my stones.

Your only concerns should be losing out on these properties to other buyers who are bidding more than you and wearing out the good will of your real estate agent.Good luck.

This is very impressive.I read a blog recently where Dawn said she bought sheets at Good Will and cut them up to make curtains for her rental and saved $3.00 a window.I think a person that can do this is capable of doing anything and everything.Good luck with this project and I wish i was doing it.
