Hey everyone, this is sure one cool community. Ive been reading books upon books about multi- family investing since 2008 and just by chance I came across bigger pockets and am very interested. It is awesome to be able to talk with people who have successfully done it all before and are happy to spread their wealth of knowledge. I am from Salem Mass where I own 2 Multi-family buildings now and hope to own more soon. I am a believer so far of staying local with my investments but I am always open minded.
