I want to be able to find potential markets/listings nationally based on the return.

I’m considering a 20-unit multifamily property listed at $1.6M, but the seller has indicated they’re willing to accept $1.25M.

We set up our CPA, LLC, website, marketing plat forms (social media), investor (sponsors) list, I have an operation manager, acquisition manager, and myself leading the charge.

In fact, some of them have been in the news lately and popped up on the foreclosure list as they are in trouble financially as well.

I had listed a 10-unit property in Cincinnati, OH, and found a buyer through an agent from a different office.

We also have this specific property listed on FF in hopes of gaining a 3 month + rental through the winter.

Our rental is near a very famous one, so we added a free cemetery tour to our listing, if a guest books one month in advance.
