A gentle slope 20 feet from the house to a large creek has a different set of concerns than a steep slope 500 feet from the house to a little ankle-deep creek.

Evictions were simply 'gently placing' the kids belongings out onto the side porch or into the barn.

Gentle BFH on the top in generous amounts works to free it sometimes.

So the gentle call from the title company is a nice way for them to release the info, but also keep it quiet....especially if there is more assets in the trust than just this one piece of land.

This can be done kindly and gently, and will like prod the tenant to remember the procedure instead of haphazardly calling for assistance. 

There was a recent BP podcast episode (of course I can't remember the number), in which, the guest was an appraiser and they discussed how to gently challenge an appraisal.

In my opinion, other than some extremely gentle persuasion tactics, I'd respect her decisions and leave her alone.

When offering a lease signing to the approved applicant, I gently but firmly let them know that I will continue to market and show the unit until we have a signed lease, that way I don't lose other potential renters and it puts a little pressure on them to sign if they're serious.
