But, there are plenty of good attorneys out here that help the deal go through, and work with the agent.But, attorneys and agents do different functions/jobs. 

@Cody L.I agree with the sentiment personally but I have made some serious funds(to me anyway) with clients where this functionality was needed because of some stodgy entity involved (bank, govt office etc) whose policy would only allow them to receive or send information in person, by snail mail, or by fax.  

However, I quickly found what I needed was not part of the software functionality. 

The property listing function is really strong, a one stop shop. 

Make sure the furnishings are modern and functional.

The search functionality seems to be keyword driven. 

Once you have a shortlist, sign up for an account with each one and test them extensively to see how they function.

You can raise the deductibles; you can make it actual cash value or functional replacement cost! 

The support team is very nice, but we are not getting the functionality that we thought it had.

There is also a building that was previously used as a recording studio with a half bath (that isn’t currently functional).It needs some work.
