Additionally, we realized the value of collaborating closely with partners to maintain clear communication and a unified vision for the property.

With this being said, the fear of being "tied" to all of these potential problems - definitely fosters hesitation and in many cases - no action.  

Overall, treating borrowers with respect and empathy goes a long way in fostering a positive and lasting relationship.
