Some ways to find that person is local Real Estate Investor Facebook groups, local Real Estate Investor Associations, Realtors who list multiple properties for other investors, Bigger Pockets website's forum, and local property managers.You will also want to try to get on the buyer's list for local real estate wholesalers.To Your Success!

Hello all,As you guys can see by my status, I am a beginner investor and would like to hear from my experienced investors here on this forum, what would be the best move to make in this situation?

Everything you need to know is available in books, podcasts, blogs, and the forums.

There are several S8 investors on the forum that will give you a much better overview of S8 investing.

I would be very careful, especially not having any sort of licensing and promoting these products on a public forum.
