Attorney wasn't to fond of any owner financing, especially sub2.

In the day talking the 90's when the Japanese were rich they out bid everyone for the premium logs.. but that's a whole nother story but a very fond one.

In this case the lender/seller stalled on the deal after wanting to include two other properties that I wasn't too fond of.
