There's no excuse for keeping your investors in the dark, unless you're ok with losing investors.I don't know anything about AHP but my understanding is that a lot of funds are late sending out their K-1s and, oftentimes, it's not entirely their fault as they work with different partners and systems.For us, we like to finish up our books right away.

The product is real and solid, but getting to the finish line might be a little tough, especially on anything long term.

I had large payments on my personal loans due and extra money going out to finish the project, not ideal.

For example, i keep putting off finishing a basement as I’d rather buy more properties instead of sinking the capital into the basement, as the basement isn’t going anywhere. 

@Rafael Ro And one other thing I failed to mention turnkey is a buzzword often used for marketing, but few companies truly deliver a full turnkey experience from start to finish.

For my clients, in every city I am set-up in I have an agent who pulls all the comps and writes up an opinion on the value based on size, area, finishes, market. 

There were very few problems after that.I am fully rehabbing one currently and when finished I will rent it out.

I know it's in the works, but we would be ready to subscribe and pay once that is finished, provided we don't come across something else that meets our needs in the meantime.
