After many years of listening to BP/Real Estate Podcasts, reading, and building up my finances, I believe there’s no better time than now to finally jump into the real estate world.

Four months of arguing with different people and I finally got my $450 back.  

Comps, vrbo/airbnb and finally pinterest is your friend.

Does anyone take this info into consideration when looking at a rental market or is such analysis unnecessary?

I also don't like funds for the lack of transparency (no DCF, no rent comp, no sales comp, no sensitivity analysis etc) even if properties are already identified.

I wanted to be absolutely sure I had complete agency and that I knew how to perform my own analysis over various situations.

I have been an avid listener of Bigger Pockets podcast since 2020 and am very hopeful I can finally begin my real estate journey sometime this year either in state or out of state (or Both!)
