The prices are still much more reasonable than most of Orlando, but the next 10 years Apopka will see explosive growth (at least in new builds and retail, appreciation likely will be a result).

House needs some work, but will fetch a good price on the MLS.Good neighborhood, not huge upward potential, but in a state (and area) that is currently seeing explosive growth. 

This pricing 'explosion' (not implosion) was due to a perfect storm of variables and more the reason why the Beltline committee chose that specific area to construct first. 

I'd imagine this will be useful for any investors looking to get a basic knowledge of the historic neighborhood that is poised for explosive growth, but if you already are an expert you are welcome to join to share your knowledge as well!

We were tasked with writing the section specific to accommodating the needs of seniors and people with disabilities in the event of a disaster such as an earthquake, weather event, explosion, act of war, etc. 

This whole experience showed me the explosive potential in development, but the extreme downside to over exposure. while we no longer currently build, we still maintain a commercial construction licence. 

I spoke to my mentor and he filled me in on what happened to get us in the position we are at now. 1) low oil prices causing loss in jobs, so people leave Alaska.2) low oil prices making the valley a viable option to live, so big explosion of housing out there, creating a lower demand in anchorage. 3)for many years in the past, we have enjoyed a 2-3% empty rate until recently.

After witnessing the explosion of stuff rapidly accumulating in my house, I am not too thrilled.  

Look for more explosions like at 40/42 (the "real" Cleveland.

In particular, they would break windows and use small explosives to blast open doors.
