Not saying your management company has bad Intentions but there are a small few that exploit the situation.Secondly, if it is valid you should she who would be liable according to your contract.

Unless there is exploitation in that by making the period "one year" instead of "one month" it looks like this whole question is moot now!

I would pursue it until I'm certain that I cannot exploit any further opportunity.That being said, only you can decide which deal(s) to pursue, track, follow up, research, and invest your time into.

The law in CO, specifically the disposal requirements, sampling procedures and the requirements in non livable areas, is poorly written and exploitable by one that wants to find a problem, and there are scummy contractors that do just that.

I am not seeing anything in their criteria listed that makes me believe they have some type of niche to exploit.

My family owns a large, well-known chain of mortuaries and I have never exploited this connection.
