@Daryl Jarrett When a noteholder sells a loan, he gives the buyer an endorsement to the note or an allonge and an Assignment of Mortgage, which gets recorded.

It's not an "endorsed by the group" type of thing, just a running log of recently recommended contractors sorted by trades.That can be helpful for some of the more unusual things like asbestos removal.

There's usually a package of additional coverages and endorsements the company throws in to make the presentation look impressive (compelling you to buy) and to make the policy look thick (dissuading you from reading it).

I do not endorse over-listing properties by any means but I understand why the originate.Several newer agents list higher than what they know they will sell it for because they are under the misguided impression that having a listing, with a chance to sell, is better than having no listing...
