I think it depends on the strategy right , I am still a beginner and wanted something more turnkey rather than BRRRR.How would you think of something form that perspective ?

Even more interesting/amusing is that one poster comes from the perspective of being a helpful collaborator trying to provide guidance while the other is angry and offended at the ignorance being bandied about.

Those are fantastic strategies, and your interests outside of real estate bring such a well-rounded perspective.

Not sure if I'm missing something.Look at it from a perspective of even if your tenant is sec8, majority of the time they still have to pay 30% of the rent.

Many of the BP podcasts are from a pretty young perspective, both in terms of flexibility and maybe even priorities.  

As a lender/broker I can offer a perspective on the financing side as it would be important especially if you are going to use financing.
