The llc has had no income since its inception.Now I'm wondering if there is any beneficial protections to pivoting the llc from an ecommerce company to a real estate company.

Hi all, How do you guys feel about Real Estate Investing as compared to Ecommerce (e.g Amazon FBA)?

People always need a place to live, a place to store all their junk, and ecommerce is booming. 

No doubt.I've done facebooks ads for my e-commerce dropshipping store, have helped others reach their marketing goals in a variety of industries (including real estate) and I'm having more success in getting motivated home sellers with Fb ads than any other "old-school" method.

I am seeking help for a reliable PAYMENT PROCESSOR in this industry if anyone uses one or a good lead for ecommerce.

However I also own an eCommerce and marketing company now and someone your age should be focused 100% online.

I would like to start an LLC (e-commerce) out of Wyoming but I am not sure if I would still need a registered agent in Va. 

I ran my own eCommerce business for almost 20 years and it was a huge learning experience, as well as working doing E commerce Marketing for Fortune 500 reseller.

The closer you are to I-4, the more jobs are focused to e-commerce, warehouse distribution and logistics given the high number of large warehouse locations that have been built and occupied the last 5 years.
