@Luke Badalaty, only if the existing sprinkler heads are the flexible ones ( like below ). most sprinkler heads are hard piped, which means you would have to shut down the system, drain it, open up the ceiling to extend the pipe and then close it all up.

While living there, I've learned a few small tips about the house such as how to deal with the mice (we're in the city) and how to clear the back patio drain when it clogs (it looks bad but it's really not).

The sewer drain pipe from the washer runs outside the home, and connects around to another point under the house, due to the lack of crawl space.

Fix the pipe at the same time included with the repair would be 3 new drains int he garage for a future kitchen sink, bathroom sink and shower drain.
