Painted all the exposed block from my drain ditch up with the rubberized foundation coating as well.  

I have no problem ditching that prospect in search of a courteous and professional agency, but it has me second guessing my approach since that went super well.... 

My why of improving communities and offering affordable housing with compassion has picked me up off the floor and out of the ditch over and over.

Should we ditch our dream and move somewhere cheaper?

I am in no mood to punish anyone, but if tenants know their behavior may have consequences, perhaps they will think twice before ditching the lease.

So I decided to ditch the 6 unit route.

I am W2 AND also 1099 with real estate, trying to ramp up the latter before I ditch the W2 job. 

I said no, ditched VRBO/HomeAway, and never looked back.I find that VRBO is oversaturated in my area (Panama City/PC Beach), the users tend to be older and not tech savvy, and I didn't have the security of reviews (of me or of my guests). 

If they're outside your preference, ditch. 

I make mint.com work but if there were another free or cheap option for a few flips a year and just normal business expenses, I'd be more than happy to ditch Mint.
