Putting James Wise Properties or even Wise properties disrupts that.I really like street names, geographic names, and any name that is anonymous.When we do a new development, it gets a new name; when the development is sold out the entity is dissolved.Just look around BP.

We generally have a good report with our tenants (selection process plays a big part in this) and work with them to minimize disruption to their lives by scheduling all viewings in a few (1-4) blocks of time.The closest thing to a bonus we've done was send in our cleaning service in one instance where the existing tenants were less than stellar housekeepers.
