@Devon Hutchings nailed it.Hilti has a similar product heavier gauge but not knowing the actual gauge & washer dimensions it's tough.

While there are some "grandfathered" situations on square footage... a bedroom in Indiana should have at least 70 sq ft with over half of it having at least 7 ft of ceiling space and one dimension being at least 7 ft wide or long.

The angle of the parking spaces will effect the dimensions as well.

There seem to be all sorts of dimensions to a property, from the kitchen, to plumbing, to landscaping, and I want to try my best to ensure that I'm focusing on doing what is needed to prepare the property for rental.
