Hi im a wholesaler in California and I had a question about a deal that just came up.
The Homeowner is selling his property and land that it sits on for a really good price. The land is about 55 acres and its a 3 bed 2 bath home. The question that I have is if your home sits on that much land, is there anything i need to look into besides the market value or ARV of the house when i make my offer? whats the difference between buying Real Estate in a neighborhood vs Real Estate on 55 acres?
