What’s your timeline for due diligence?

A real builder is supposed to do their own diligence and be savvy enough to know that access (legal access, not just does it abut a street) should be the number one thing they check first.

Strengthen due diligence with thorough tenant screening and independent verification.

Whenever you plan on buying a property in the future, do not take the seller agent word for it always do your due diligence and make sure you get a certificate from the township that clearly states how many units are legally allowed in that building.

If the owner redeems the 2nd month after you bought the OTC, you only get the 3% (1.5% x 2 months).Exercise those due diligence skills!

I haven't used REI Nation, but I have done due diligence with two turnkey companies that I am on the waiting list for properties that work for me.
