I am now looking to get into new construction development in the PG, Montgomery, and Rockville county areas of Maryland.

I am not the most technical person but in this day and age, not being technical is even more reason to welcome opportunities to use platforms that help develop that skill. 

When it comes to analyzing properties, I’ve developed a specific checklist to make sure the home fits both resident needs and operational goals:Square Footage: Ideally, at least 2,000 sq. ft. to ensure enough living space for residents and staff.No Stairs or Pools: It reduces liability and keeps the home accessible for everyone (this is just my preference).Corner Lots: I love corner lots because they often provide extra parking and outdoor space—both of which are critical for families and visitors.

As RE developers we all know how important it is to hire good, reliable residential contractors. 

There are Class A industrial projects underway and the development of a large retailer.

I also look at future development plans in the area, as new projects can increase property values and attract more renters.

The macroeconomics are blowing up and going parabolic - population growth, job growth, and companies moving and developing here.

Where are getting that consumers pay three times as much in commissions as other developed countries?

Since you are living in the property, you probably have developed relationships with an electrician, a plumber, and a general handyman, if you haven't reach out and meet a few now, while you are in the home, so that you can easily make a call or two when it will be necessary.

It's a little remote, however, the community seems to be new and growing and there are other houses and developments going up near by.
