The main complaints are that there are numerous popups on your computer, the program does not work as well as promised, and many files do not actually download when you purchase them with your credit card through this website.

@Greg Scott yes you're right I couldn't figure them out by accessing the website on my smartphone but I got on a normal computer and it is clearly laid out. 

You will have to used TurboTax Desktop which had a "Forms" mode where you can override current depreciation.I hope this helps, Cedric

There is a fairly large debate about paying yourself for work that you do in the final computation. 

(Make sure you are including your closing costs on purchase and sale to compute.)  5% vacancy is probably unrealistically low unless there are long-term tenants (which often means the rents are below-market).

Valerie, I'm on my computer on the site almost exclusively.

I work in front of a computer all day so this was fun and easy for me to do but wouldn't be everyone's cup of tea. 

Luckily my wife is a computer programmer and is doing pretty well and her boss has been pretty cool with my condition.  

When I put the SD card from my camera into the computer all the photos got erased!!!
