Client agreements have expiration dates and oftentimes include clauses that entitle agents to commission several months after the expiration of the buyer agreement.

The only reason I knew they had scheduled their closing date is because I texted that several workers would be out to give me estimates for yard work. 

Now the deed had a time limit on it IE you must remove the timber by a certain date or the Rights to the timber extinguished.

For nonpayment, and assuming it's a market rate property, you can't post for nonpayment until 7 days after the due date.
