Do a light/dark with chair rail and wainscoting.

Since im currently so new to this field and this island id love to get a chance to shadow or just learn from some investors here.

So my question is should I try and link up with and shadow/work on a sweat equity basis/offer to help out in any capacity with other investors in my area before I purchase my first deal on my own, or is that route more advised for people with little to no construction and or Real Estate background?

If that's what you're looking at there isn't much to think about (other than it's go dark value and ability to re-lease).

When it comes to real estate, there's ALWAYS a silver-lining to every dark cloud.

In the bedrooms along the base board is a dark dirt tint on the carpet, roughly 1/2" all around the room (evenly).

I am in a team and I have already voiced out my interest on shadowing them while they are in a listing appointment or with a buyer.
