Also looking at Cozy....know anything about them? 

Cozy policy is to only deposit to checking accounts and I am hoping that the deposit to capital360 savings accounts will work or at least be transparent from an ACH standpoint.  

A couple points just in case anyone is interested or the thread continues...The mess is confined to his personal space, and is not related to a water leak.  

i kind of want a service where people dont have to create a special account just to send us $40 one time (assuming they dont get the house).I think google wallet will work if they already have a google account. that's free and they can send $40 through their email as well.I hate to inconvenience people by telling them "go to cozy (or erentpayment), create an account that you are never, ever going to use and pay the screening fee".

Yip it's the nature of it, I worked my butt off in hospitality and got nowhere and walked away from it coz I was sick of slogging my guts out for so little, I thought if I can work this hard in an area of work that reaps higher rewards then I'm gana find it and do that, that is why I'm here so snap to you friend!...

@Corby Goadeso the reason that I want to get FHA is coz I could use less down payment on my first property. in future lets say, a new roof is needed in 60-90 days of closing the property.

We added a LR to it that is also the sleeping room - LR shades up lots of windows; br shades down very cozy.
