However if you find yourself digging up or rebuilding parking anyway, running conduit to every 1/4 or 1/3 of the parking spaces might be wise, as would putting in some extra electrical capacity if you are building new or updating electrical service.

.- build front porch + railing + paint- tile upstairs bathroom, install vanity and fixtures- tile downstairs bathroom, finish creating shower enclosure- tile kitchen backsplash, finish putting in cabinets- tile kitchen and basement floors + steps- stain hardwood floors (already sanded ready to go)- install crown molding throughout- install various baseboards, railings, etc- paint entire interior- rewire one conduit (was in a closet we ripped out, so now it needs to be relocated to a nearby wall)- fix fences and stain back deck- landscape front and back of propertyThis project needs to be finished quickly so someone who can get to work this week would be ideal.

Other scenarios where not having permits can come back and bite is when something is clearly done that isn't code like a finished basement with one exit, bx is used openly instead of copper wiring in conduit, finished attic or dormers, or enclosed porch.
