As for amateur hour as you speak I feel a little more compassion is due on your part as everyone starts off as an amateur.

You showed compassion for the situation by allowing the lease break without holding her accountable to the penalty.

I've often written - on another topic - that compassion and profit motive are diametric opposites.

Hello @Perri Kallergis i actually just did that last week here in Houston Texas, we worked with a CPA to set up the LLC. really decent deal from there we set up an account BBVA Compass bank. i have purchased the domain name, and currently working on the website. the whole thing has been really smooth so far. good luck with your next steps.

For every Chase, Citibank, or Bank of America trade of assets at $50M, there is the Capital One's, BBVA Compass, BB&T, Union Bank, Ocean's Bank, US Century Bank, Wells Fargo Commercial and a lot longer list of banks who I have bought from and continue to buy from on a regular basis as they have product.

Unfortunately there is zero room for compassion in this business.Does your friend have a job, it sounds like the guy is more a free loader than anything else.
