If you co-sign, the loan will consider both your incomes but also both credit scores, so her credit could impact the terms or buying power.

We run a STR co-hosting company, and I also call up LTR listings if the property has been on the market for a while.

Most people switching from large companies like Evolve or Vacasa to my PM co are switching because of their reviews.

Collin when you say Cabin style are you talking about actual log cabins like we have out west in the MTs of Montana  Idaho Colorado etc..

I'm actually interviewing PMs and CO Hosts this week, and Handyman for installation of all the furnishings set to show up at the property in January. 

Make sure you have smoke and CO detectors in appropriate places, GFCI outlets near water, functioning mechanicals, make sure everything is in good condition and you shouldn't have a problem.
