Subsequent tax years and citations are not included in your tax sale... they will be due in order to record your deed (if you are able to obtain one). 

The citation escapes me, but I remember studying it during my military law class in law school.

Provide a reliable full citation that proves your referenced "stat".

When I go back to the Palm Beach link you provided and try searching by name it brings up hundreds of pages of different people with that same name and lists all kinds of traffic citations etc.

well if every one is doing it and its only a 1k fine and not criminal issues jsut a citation.. maybe you just be like everyone else.its not advice and I am not advocating breaking the law  but you know we all speed at some time in our life.

Has anyone filed for ejectment for possession in Alabama with a tax certificate and added a monetary claim for curing city enforced citations? 

I'd press the custodian a bit for better answers and some law/memorandum/opinion and field guidance citations.
