Time and expense to run title

In Delaware we use attorney's for title check. I'm considering a purchase of a property at Sheriff Sale, where you are not guaranteed clear title. My attorney quoted me $125 to do the title search and that he would need about a week to get it completed. Curious what other folks who use attorneys are paying and how long would it take to run title on the property? If I need to do 5 of these a month then it's certainly cheaper than buying something wrong, but at the same time an expense for sure (more so on the side of time, since an auction can be stayed up to the day and time of the actual auction)
