At 135K+20K+CC = 160K you could rent it for $1350/month-ish.

If they earn it you buy the card on your double miles CC to mitigate your cost, if they don't earn it you're probably earning the extra $600 if you catch my meaning.

C - C- is always a crap shoot so the only thing you have is your screening standards.

My credit score is around 740, minimal CC debt, and no student loans. 

You also can look at using a smaller amount for a down payment and then get traditional financing on the remainder.I'd focus on paying down CC, first.

FWIW that made me look into CC warranty extensions.

Just curious if anyone has any positive experience I’m interested in free trial but they require CC info and the few who have reviewed it experienced issues canceling membership so I’m hesitant in signing up..
