You also can look at using a smaller amount for a down payment and then get traditional financing on the remainder.I'd focus on paying down CC, first.

Just curious if anyone has any positive experience I’m interested in free trial but they require CC info and the few who have reviewed it experienced issues canceling membership so I’m hesitant in signing up..
