So, transferring title to an LLC is a transfer as defined by most mortgage or deed of trust documents as a trigger of the so called due on sale clause. 

Agreeing with @Dominic Mazzarella I would go to your uncle and ask him how much he needs monthly to sell with zero down and a 7 year call and balloon at the end. 

I made a reservation for 2 PM today for you to call me, but never got a call.  

We get calls from newer investors often that have just bought a property in a flood zone that they want to rehab, but had no idea that the rehab was limited.

The ones that build out great companies build the skills, then they teach the skills to people to set calls for them, go to appointments for them and they continue to build out their company as a marketing/sales operation that is more fluid to create more revenue. 

Definitely call your preferred lender to ask though.
